March 23rd & 24th, 2024
Oral presentations:
10 min talk, 3 min questions.
Please be mindful of the duration of your talk to leave time for questions. It is always a good opportunity to discuss.
-
Talks have been selected. You should have received an e-mail indicating whether you have been selected for an oral or poster presentation.
-
If you have been selected for a talk, you will be asked to upload your presentation into a dedicated Drive so that we can transition between talks. If you have concerns about this, don't hesitate to contact us (see below).
-
Format: Powerpoint.
Poster:
Posters must NOT exceed 6 feet x 3 feet (width x height).
You can store your poster/tubes at your own risk in ENG101 (on Saturday) or ENG LG13 (on Sunday).
Set-up time:
-
Posters to be placed during lunch hour (from 12-3:15 pm). Please do not attempt to place them earlier as poster boards may still be assembled.
-
Velcro is the ONLY material that can be used to attach the poster to the poster board (Velcro strips will be provided). Pins are forbidden.
-
Please remove posters after the poster session (3:15 pm). If you leave the poster, it may be disposed of.
-
A number must have been assigned to you. Odd numbers will present, followed by even numbers. All posters can be placed simultaneously: alternating presentation will allow each of you the opportunity to eat and visit other posters.
